How does your firm work with other services such as Landscape Design or Interior Design? |
A: |
Fortunately for all concerned, we are a full scope, full design firm. We implement Landscape and Interior Design features into most of our services for our clients. Our experience ensures a seamless marriage of the three different disciplines. We also work creatively and respectfully with the client's outside design consultants if they prefer.

How do you help in getting my project built? |
A: |
Once we have obtained building permit approval we can work in two ways to construct your project. Firstly, we can direct you to highly qualified general contractors that will bid on your project. We do offer site observation routinely throughout the course of construction as well as administering the contractor's progress payment requests. Alternately, we can offer on certain scopes of work, design build services where we act in the capacity of construction management/ job superintendent. In either case of construction we are always acting as the agent of your project's protection. |

How long does it take to prepare the Architectural plans? |
A: |
In some circumstances, especially commercial projects, we can offer a fast track design service implementing layers of design information as the project progresses. Most often on residential projects, our time from schematic design through completion of construction documents can take from two months or more depending on the scope of the project. The successful communication of our design solutions to the client normally ensures a quick completion of the design stage of the project.
